The Poindexter Effect is more than just a label for my work; it's the transformative experience you feel when you're in the room, on the call, or in the audience. This page offers you a chance to feel the Poindexter Effect yourself.

Signature Talks:

**Quit Pleasing & Claim Your True Voice**

Explore how conditioned mindsets keep us small, discover how your subconscious voice serves as your true superpower, and learn to design a career and life that genuinely reflects who you are.

**Funding Systems, Not Funding Scrambles**

Understand why grants and non-dilutive capital should be approached like a sales pipeline. Learn how to create a solid funding infrastructure and how to protect your staff from the chaos of last-minute funding scrambles.

**Leading While Black, Whole, and Unapologetic**

Engage in a vital discussion about leadership, boundaries, and wellness specifically for Black women and women of color who are exhausted from shape-shifting to fit into spaces where they should feel welcome.

**The Poindexter Effect: From Survival to Structured Power**

This talk outlines the transition from survival-mode improvising to embracing structured, sustainable power in your work, business, and community.

TEDx - Quit Pleasing. Claim Your True Voice

People-pleasing isn’t kindness — it’s conditioning. We are taught that our subconscious holds us back, but what if the real barrier is our conditioned mindset — the beliefs we inherit from culture, family, and society? In this talk, Natalie Poindexter reveals how pleasing others silences our truth, and how releasing those patterns allows us to hear our authentic voice. You’ll walk away with permission to unlearn what no longer serves you and to begin living with purpose.

Natalie's Journey to Her First Client: Simplified by ZenBusiness

Getting that first client made Natalie Poindexter feel like she truly knew what she was doing. As the founder of NPI Consulting House, she didn’t have to worry about the details of setting up her LLC or managing the necessary documentation because ZenBusiness provided everything she needed. ZenBusiness gave her the confidence to focus on growing her business and securing her first client, without the overwhelm.

This commercial is closing in on 10 million views and still climbing, proof that people show up when I'm on screen, and proof I could do the same thing for your brand.
