Most of us are. But we've been told to pick one role, one lane, and stay there. I didn't. I'm a badass consultant and advisor, a fixer for institutions and a guide for people ready to become who they actually are. A tech founder, an ecosystem builder, and a creative. I’m Natalie Poindexter, a person who has had to build, ship, and iterate my own life, and I decided to use that experience to help others. Everything here exists because someone needed it, and it didn’t exist yet. Whether it’s through nonprofit work or helping secure funding, I’m dedicated to making a difference.

Scaffina is the grant readiness platform I built and vibe-coded from scratch, despite having no technical background. I noticed that many nonprofits, including those advised by Natalie Poindexter, needed help with funding but couldn't afford traditional consulting services. To address this gap, I created the tool instead.
