My work is both strategic and spiritual, and I believe these two aspects are deeply intertwined. I navigate the world as: A Black woman who has confronted systems not designed for me, yet I’ve chosen to create new ones. A leader in Black women leadership, I serve as an Institutional Fixer who thinks in logic models and focuses on long-term infrastructure. As a student of human design and astrology, I incorporate these tools into my approach for nonprofit funding strategies and social impact consulting, shaping how I design work, capacity, and expansion.
